If you’ve ever been to one of our SLMS evenings and found yourself wondering how some people manage to pack quite so much fun and enthusiasm into a single room, the answer is usually somewhere near Theo.

Based in Sutton, Surrey, Theo has been performing magic across London and the South East for well over two decades, covering pretty much every type of event you can think of. Corporate dinners, weddings, children’s parties, cabaret, team building, charity fundraisers. His website, magictheo.com, gives a wonderful sense of just how busy and varied his performing life is.

What really sets Theo apart though is the community side of his work. His charity fundraising stretches back to his teens, when he joined the Kingston Rotary Club at 17 and started organising events to raise money for local causes. Over the years that passion has only grown and by his own count he has helped raise well over £30,000 for charity.

Away from the fundraising tables, Theo is a versatile performer. Close-up magic, cabaret, plate spinning, balloon modelling. The testimonials on his site speak for themselves, with clients regularly commenting on the banter and comedy as much as the magic, which tells you a lot about the kind of experience he creates.

It is a real privilege to have Theo as part of the South London Magic Society family. If you have not had the chance to catch him perform yet, keep an eye out.
